We collect the basic information needed to get quoting started.
Once we’ve begun the initial quoting process, we will use any and all of the tools at our disposal and applicable to the risk in front of us to make sure it is quoted as accurately as possible. (We use things such as County records, online listing data, direct professional underwriters, policy contracts, satellite imagery, and more..)
After that, we send our desired quote across our carriers to provide estimated rates. We pick the best rate available for the high standard of coverage we already established.
The best quotes are then buttoned up and we deliver accurate, knowledge-driven quotes to protect your assets.
